A Taste of Italy in Virginia-Highland
Join us for an interactive cooking class! Small groups (8-12 people). Classes are held from 6 to 9 pm and cost $95 per person, including wine pairings. We'll prepare three dishes together and then sit down to enjoy the fruits of our labor! You will also taste and learn about three wines while cooking and during dinner. (See below for information about private group classes.)

How to Sign Up
To sign up, please email [email protected] to confirm availability of spaces. Payment can be made in the store or online via an invoice that will be sent to you. Please note that reservations are not complete until payment is received.
Dietary Restrictions
Note: If you have a dietary restriction (e.g., lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance), please inquire if it is possible to accommodate any necessary modifications at the time you email to sign up.
Cancellation Policy & Class Protection Plan (new!)
If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance in order to reschedule. If you have to cancel after this, we will attempt to find a replacement. If no replacement can be found, you are welcome to send someone to take your place. We do not offer reimbursements for cooking classes.
If your schedule is uncertain, please request to add on the Class Protection Plan. For an additional $15 per person, you will have the flexibility to reschedule by notifying us up to 8 hours prior to your class (i.e., by 10 am on the day of the scheduled class). Please request the Class Protection Plan when you email to sign up for a class.

Private Classes
We hold private cooking classes for groups of 12-14 people on weekday evenings (unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for Saturday or Sunday classes). The cost is $95 per person, and you can choose from among the menus above. Three bottles of wine are included for wine pairings.
